Let me explain the correct operating methods for spindle coolant.
The imported cooler is a commonly used oil cooling device in hydraulic and lubrication systems. This device allows for heat exchange between two fluid media with a certain temperature difference, thereby achieving the goal of reducing oil temperature and ensuring the normal operation of the system. It is a heat exchange device used for cooling fluids, usually using water or air as a coolant to remove heat. It is now widely used as supporting equipment for large power silicon rectifiers, induction furnaces, medium frequency furnaces, and other large electrical appliances to cool and protect machines with pure water, water-air, oil-water, and oil-air cooling devices.
How to correctly activate the imported cooler?
(1) Check whether the various drainage and vent valves are flexible and functional, and whether the pressure gauge and thermometer are all installed.
(2) Check whether the foundation and supports are firm, and whether all bolts are fully engaged and tightened.
(3) When starting up, first turn on the cold flow, then the hot flow.
(4) When introducing cold or hot media, first ensure that the auxiliary line is unobstructed, then slowly open the outlet valve, and after checking for issues, open the inlet valve. It must be opened slowly to prevent pressure buildup.
Every product has its own set of work processes, and the imported cooler is no exception.
(1) The cooler can only be put into use after passing the pressure test, and the internal water must be drained before activation.

Its heat dissipation primarily depends on the heat exchange area of its components and the air volume; simply put: with the same heat exchange area, the larger the air volume, the better the heat dissipation; with the same air volume, the larger the heat exchange area, the better the heat dissipation.
